Every site rating comes with a Confidence Level (the circles under the WOT logo in the extension / the people icons on the site).
The Confidence Level considers not only the number of ratings but also the reliability of the users that rated the site.
You can find the confidence level at the scorecard "Safty Rating Breakdown" :
