Have you created a brand new site on a free hosting service, only to discover that you already have a bad reputation?
Your site is most likely operating under a subdomain of your free host provider, and inheriting their Reputation. Don't worry - once your site gets enough ratings of its own, it will receive its own Reputation, independent of the parent domain.
Note: please consider moving your site to a more trustworthy host.
I use a free hosting service and have a poor Reputation.
