Why is my add-on icon grey?

If your add-on icon is grey, or ratings are not loading:

• Make sure you are connected to the Internet. Go to api.mywot.com/test.html If you get an error message, your computer is offline.
• Do you have a firewall enabled? Try temporarily disabling it or allowing access to 'mywot.com'. It may be blocking access to our servers.
• Are you using ZoneAlarm Pro? Please turn off 'Mobile Code Control' from the 'Privacy' settings.
• Something in your Firefox profile may be causing an issue. Try creating a new profile and installing WOT to see if that fixes the issue: http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles
